Accessibility Information

This page has been designed as a portal for Accessibility Information for both Chase Field and Talking Stick Resort Arena and their parking structures.

Access Committee

The Access Committee is made up of members of the community representing diverse disability groups with staff from Chase Field and Talking Stick Resort Arena. The Committee meets every two months. To learn more, contact Daniel Clemente via email at or via telephone at 602-570-6296.

ASK Program

The Accessible Seating Klub was developed to help meet the specific seating needs of individuals with mobility disabilities (or need accessible seating due to health conditions) at both Chase Field and Talking Stick Resort Arena.

Membership is FREE but not required to purchase tickets.

The A.S.K. program applies specifically to Diamondbacks games at Chase Field. You will find a number of accessible seating options at various levels and locations throughout the facility. Accessible and/or family restrooms and elevators are strategically placed throughout Chase Field. Seats that do not require maneuvering stairs and aisle seats are also available throughout the stadium. For Diamondbacks games, if a member cannot use their tickets, they may be exchanged for standard seats for the same game and given away or sold. They can also be exchanged for accessible seats to another game, based on availability.

The A.S.K. program applies to all Suns, Mercury and Rattlers games, as well as all concerts and ticketed events. Seating options include both wheelchair/mobility device accessible seating and ambulatory accessible seating for those who do not use a mobility device but need seats that do not require maneuvering stairs.

Accessible Seating

Staff at both US Airways and Chase Field strive to provide the highest quality customer service to all our guests. Those who need accessible seats are encouraged to sign-up for the ASK program, though this is not required.

If you have tickets to an event that are not accessible and you require wheelchair accessible seating, we respectfully ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can try to exchange your tickets to meet your needs. Please contact either the Chase Field Ticket office at 602-514-8400 or the Talking Stick Resort Arena at 602-379-7800.

Accessible Parking

Chase Field features an attached 1,500-car garage just south of the ballpark on 4th Street. The garage has 31 parking spaces designated for vehicles displaying a disability plate or placard. Each garage entrance is accessible to high-profile vehicles and the parking is connected to accessible routes to the ticket windows and building entrances.

Talking Stick Resort Arena's attached five-story, 700 space parking structure provides the most convenient parking available to our suiteholders, premium seat owners and the general public. The parking structure is open during the day as well as for all events held at Talking Stick Resort Arena.

All parking, including accessible parking, is on a first-come/first-serve basis. Depending on demand, some parking garages can only accept special parking passes.

For your convenience, if the accessible parking in the Talking Stick Resort Arena, Chase Field or Jefferson garage is full, a sign such as shown below will be posted on the parking garage booth and outside before you enter the garage. This is for your convenience so you can easily determine if you need to seek out another garage.
